As a licensed massage therapist, I am certified in neuromuscular sports and therapeutic massage. Specializing in helping people overcome chronic pain, improving performance skills and enhancing the quality of their every day lives is my passion.

My many years of experience in health and wellness have equipped me to identify and address each person’s individual needs. I have been involved in sports events and worked in rehabilitation facilities. I understand and evaluate the balance that is needed between the hard and soft tissue muscles of the body. With the proper combination, wellness and health can be achieved.

And your healing will quickly appear."

  • Types of Massage

    Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic Massage can stimulate weak and inactive muscles resulting in a fast, more complete recovery from an illness or an injury in which activity causes deterioration.

    Deep Tissue Massage

Uses fluid movements with various soft tissue manipulation techniques to relieve deep muscle pain and reduce muscle tension.

    Raindrop Technique

When properly applied to the neck, back, and feet essential oils can bring about electrical alignment and help relieve a variety of discomforts caused by imbalances in the body. The essential oils are dropped onto the spinal area in a manner similar to drops of rain. These drops of pure essential oil are gently brushed up the spine in light, sweeping strokes.

    Seated Chair Massage

A refreshing upper body massage in a seated position.

    BareFoot Massage (Ashiatsu)

Compression movements along the paraspinals and lumbar region can relieve muscle spasm and open the intervertebral foramen. It will give the nerves more space if the pain is being caused by the pressure on the nerve. It also increases circulation bringing more freshly oxygenated blood to the area being treated.

    Cupping

When held against the skin, the cup relaxes capillary walls, thereby boosting blodflow to the painful areas. It also help prevent the muscle spasms that underlie many forms of pain.

    Sports Massage

Specially designed sports massage promotes flexibility, reduces fatigue, improves endurance, helps prevent injuries and prepares the body and mind for optimal performance.

    Ashi-Thai

Ashi-Thai massage is performed fully clothed, without any oils or creams. It is beneficial for many chronic conditions such as back-pain, arthritis, bursitis, fatigue, high blood pressure, diabetes, immunity suppression. It's a deep stretch technique. I do all the work for you as I stretch you into the poses!

    What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a science that deals with the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands, which correspond to all of the glands, organs and parts of the body. Stimulating these reflexes properly can help many health problems in a natural way, a type of preventative maintenance. Reflexology is a serious advance in the health field and should not be confused with massage.

Reflexology is used primarily for relaxing tension. Doctors agree that over 75% of our health problems can be linked to nervous stress and tension. Reflexology improves nerve and blood supply, and helps nature to normalize.
